About

One of my favorite places in the world is my family’s little house on the Llano River. When I’m out there, I like to sit on this big rock that’s right in the middle of the river. It’s big enough for me and my dog, there’s nothing but the hill country stretching out for miles, and all I can hear are the birds, the wind, and the water. I feel steady when I'm perched on that rock—it’s a safe, solid place in the middle of the river’s swift, changing currents.

What I love about being a therapist is that I get to help you find a solid, steady place within yourself—a place just like that rock in the river. So no matter what happens, you can navigate the unpredictable shifts and changes of this life with confidence and clarity.

I’ve been practicing as a therapist for five years. I have two Master’s degrees: an MA in Communications from UT and an MA in Counseling from St. Edward’s. I am also trained in both Internal Family Systems and EMDR
